Ashton, (Mayor City of Pensacola), I am so disappointed that you signed a proclamation stating your support for homosexual week in Pensacola! I could not believe it when I heard it in church yesterday. The vast majority of people In Pensacola and Escambia County do not support homosexual behavior that is being disguised with the code word "diversity". Let's stop pretending. Everyone knows that homosexual behavior is wrong. What they want to do with their perverted acts is their own business. I do not want to, nor is there any need for me to celebrate it. Just like everyone else, they have a choice to decide when and with whom they have sexual relations. There is no need for them to throw it in everyone's face and say that we need to embrace it. Do normal people demand that others embrace what they do in private? No! Homosexuality is an abominable act that is judged by a righteous God. You made a big mistake with this one, Ashton. Not sure who was advising you, but they did you and the citizens of Pensacola a huge disservice. An admission of your mistake would go a long ways in the minds of many.
