After the past election, with new members of Congress having been seated, members definitively "The People's Choice", both with regard to individuals, and in the tenor of our Society in the face of an anti-American regime gone wild. With this election we face, we can either ratify the ways Congress returned to and the executive remained resolute in, despite the tenor of that election, or we can begin to return our Nation to its rightful founding’s, and thereby its rightful place in this world.
Our Nation is one of two Nations in history to be founded on the words and principles of the God of Abraham, Moses, Isaac and David, and these principles have long proven out true and worthy as a solid foundation for honorable society.
Our Nation was founded after years of war, which had followed decades of advocating the law be applied, and it was exactly natural that an absolute focus was put on this aspect of constituting a government, determined that the new form was not to fall to the same violations as previous, and great care was taken to protect rights against government, in its establishing.
As our Nation became accustomed to the security we enforced, and realized the prosperity which goes with a free market and hard working people, we tended to find our own work demanding and it easy to accept the professional politician. Once this happened, the government being only as responsive as The People demand, in a short time, little is done for any purpose other than securing their position. At this point every choice made must be a compromise, and most choices are made with specific regard to unintended consequences of previous compromise.
If this Nation is to survive, we must make a major change, we have to take note we are broke as a Nation, our government is broken, and not functioning at all by the law, the best interests of The People, who are the Nation are the least thing considered in any and all choices, no different than the clown with the plates on stage, spinning them on sticks..
This is not true because I say so, but because of the depth of our debt, enormous size of our central government. It is true because we are not capable of being as productive today as we were twenty years ago, and we would have to suspend and change vast parts of government to allow ourselves just that little change.
Pointing fingers won’t change anything, but continuing on the same path will ensure we get the chance to watch our collapse. If we wish to go forward, we have to change from what we have become, and since no other form has ever been as effective anywhere, at any time in history as our own beginning, I suggest it only makes sense to start back there, and use this Constitution which hasn’t been used much at all by much of anyone for a century.
If we look back and serious consider when and what changed, we will find it was when we got comfortable with less than fixed and absolute standards, when compromise could be with evil, as long as it was only very little evil, and this is no more or less than simply breaking with fixed and unchanging principle.
The Constitution is not a hard read, or even a long one. By its nature, it must be brief, it was intended to constitute a government which would not be able to violate our rights. The purpose of it was to restrain the ability of government to impose and expand unrestricted, to provide a precise form with exact laws controlling every aspect of it. There was never an intent for the federal government “to rule the Nation”, but only to represent the Nation, in foreign affairs, and provide for the States to come together and work mutually with each other, and form a common front to the rest of the world.
If this election is to make a real difference, change the direction we are heading as a society and as a Nation, we have to recognize we cannot do this November, like we have done so often, but we have to make all our choices in election count for the same purpose and goal. If we are to continue forward, and not become a subject Nation under world government, we have to decide to get off this train here right now, take a hard look at where our Nation stands, and start considering doing something drastic.
The whole world has been on this train for over a century, and every nation is feeling the same problems. Who ever gets off this broken ride first has the most time to fix their economy, re-establish law over government, have the time to seriously consider the big picture, and once again, actually plan, and do so from a clean slate. The last nation to take action will end up at the bottom of a heap.
