I’ve written many times at great length on the eligibility issue of obama simply because with my knowledge and experience, I’ve had no possible question of the forgeries shown by “The Daily Kos”, the copy of that forgery shown a week or so later by the obama campaign, and every single document he obama, has allowed to be released, and I remain under an Oath.
I am among the first to bear that name “birther”, only a few people spoke out in the first weeks, but ever since that time, the number of people questioning all obama’s background have steadily grown and encompass more than half the population as shown by polls taken.
I’m about through with that name, I’ve decided I’m not a birther, I merely believe in the Constitution, and will accept the title “originalist” or “strict constructionist” either one, because that is the way our founders established our Nation, and the only possible way to remain resting upon that foundation. I am a principled man, and I expect nothing more nor less from obama, despite my visceral dislike of the man, than I expect from every other person running for office: the truth of their background, their raising, and their beliefs. I stand firm as a matter of principle, no one is eligible for any office at any time without fulfilling the legal standard, and as of this moment, every bit of history and background of obama has proven out to be lies, or is completely unsupported and rests strictly on his word. He has shown himself skillful in the art of lying.
The only proper return on the demand of simple documents the law requires to fulfill government office, and certainly the highest office in the land, is a reasonably complete history, the evidence of meeting the set standards, put before persons able to represent The People, in every honest and honorable way, and only before such persons.
The Birthers, those suggesting their “messiah” is above all that do not provide evidence, they do not exhort their chosen one to show “we fools” he is qualified, but instead, his coterie of support simply casts anyone questioning the most questionable “politician” in recent history as being racist, or foolish, while suggesting the obvious lies that are the forgeries were fully “vetted”. They do so while demonstrating no regard for the legal meaning of “document”.
For going on four years, we have had a man who has yet to show evidence of any citizenship, holding the highest office in government, refusing to put forth the most basic requirements met by citizens for far less each and every day. We have been told by every single government representative they have considered his papers, the same ones decried as forgeries, and believe he is legitimately in office.
I want to know where it says a person is qualified to serve if everyone asked says they are. All those who are experienced in law enforcement know as a matter of common fact, obama has put forth at least three forged copies of legal documents, each of which is a felony offense. As a citizen, this alone makes a prima facia case for charging him, and every single member of his campaign, and the party which “vetted” him, with outright treason. As an illegal alien, he could well be considered by law a “spy” and chargeable under international law of “High Treason”.
The Birthers have charged those demanding the law be met with truth as “fools”, suggesting the law was fulfilled even while all the evidence has been withheld. They have told the whole world, they have the high ground; obama was vetted, proved to be qualified, and properly elected.
In the face of this, we, demanding a simple set of facts verified, have allowed a vast panoply of ongoing crimes to go recognized, ignored, the perpetrators unconcerned in their own offices of their sworn duty, and actually taking physical and legal action to stop the singular Law Enforcement Officer willing to simply investigate. They have done their best to destroy the man’s reputation, to take his lawful authority away. Vast amounts of voter fraud goes totally without pursuit, because those of us demanding the truth are having to focus on the singular issue, for the failure of those in office as law officials to do their duty.
We watch while every department under the sway or control of the executive branch routinely violates all law, all oaths, taking an adjudicated case, awaiting sentencing, and discarding it, denying the right of All Americans to see justice done according to the law.
I can accept that almost half of Americans are pure fools, if those Americans demand I accept it. I can accept the fact a substantial minority, bordering on majority, have chosen to be ignorant, to be fodder as “useful idiots” for those who have worked to see the destruction of our founding principles. They all have good reason to do so: they find our founding principles repugnant, and they hate being expected to live in truth, to hold honor in high regard, and are deeply offended when they are angrily confronted over their slothful ways.
I cannot accept that such people reach the heights in society as so many have, and stand against the demand for an investigating of truth, calling it everything but exactly what it is, a simple demand, and believe they do not know they are aiding and abetting in high treason.
I cannot accept journalists of every stripe but independent believe the truth is out, for the whole of Mainstream Journalists to be so seriously handicapped in understanding would preclude their being capable of performing the job at all. When the Birthers demand all “serious minded” people distance themselves from the evidence which has accumulated, they make the case themselves, there is no pursuit of facts, only a pursuit of an outcome, one they want so badly they, would be journalists, have thrown their whole industry away, and have become the “Official Purveyors of the Official Truth”, and have essential left “Journalism” entirely to the amateurs.
If obama’s name is on the ballot in November, We, The Nation, will have allowed the deliberate violation of the Constitutional requirements be the new standard, and as he has told so many, caught on open mikes, he then has his hands untied, and can do far more for the Russians, the Chinese, the 57 Arab States. If we are an honorable people, he will have called down revolution against the perfidy of our whole central government, and his illegal alien self.
I am not a “birther”, such people are those who will believe anything at anytime, if they are getting a free lunch. They are also out and out Traitors to our Nation, all who stand in the way of one of our primary principles: the truth is found by investigation of facts, and only then do we accept a postulate as true, when it is proven out.
