Virginia Governor’s Race--Obvious Choice; Obama’s Pre-Planned Shutdown

Ken Cuccinelli, the well-known Attorney General and patriot extraordinaire of Virginia, is being challenged by Clintonesque candidate Terry McAuliffe.  It appears to be an easy choice for Virginia voters but the lies from McAuliffe’s most ardent supporter,  Hillary Clinton (accomplice to Benghazi murders),  flood the lame street media and audiences sponsored by her taxpayer-funded assets.  She would have voters in Virginia believe that any problems in their state are the fault of Cuccinelli (as a Republican) when in fact any suffering over the past few years to include the recent  government shutdown rests at the feet of her Democrat socialist comrades.  That shutdown appears to have been preplanned by Obama’s chief advisor---Valerie Jarrett—so as to orchestrate an apparent victory for the Democrat socialists and tryant Obama (more on that below).

Notwithstanding  Hillary Clinton’s longstanding evil background which she hides about as well as Obama hides his past anti-American associations,  culminating in her not-so-obscure major role in neglecting our military and civilian employees in Benghazi which resulted in their deaths,  she and Obama will do anything to defer the forward motion on Congressional investigations of their scandals.  Most recently that menu included creating an artificial crisis (which as Rahm said ‘should not go to waste’)---a government shutdown----with accomplices Harry Reid and his socialist Democrats for the sole purpose of making the middle class and poor suffer and then blaming  that  on their political opponents. The ignorant do not know better,  but others have awakened to the tyranny of Barack Obama and his minions including Jarrett and other members of his unconstitutional cabinet whose  goal is to transform America into a  totalitarian state.  We should not neglect the contributions of Demo-lites  McCain, Corker, Graham, Ayotte amongst others  either!   They have deserted pro constitutional  conservatives and sold their party down the river by trying to move the GOP towards the Left with the misguided belief that doing so would align more voters with the GOP----WRONG!!

McAuliffe by not rejecting the endorsements by Hillary Clinton stoops so low as to deserve nothing from the State of Virginia.  So Virginia,  if you want to embrace the Left go ahead and vote for McAuliffe; but if you value morality, our values, our freedom and love for our Constitution your vote will be cast for AG Ken Cuccinelli.  Never forget:  trading freedom for security leads to tyranny.   Virginians should recall that Cuccinelli  ably led the effort by many state AGs against Obamacare  before the Supreme Court,  and it was he who appeared to have the greatest understanding of the constitutional violations  this heinous act would bring upon the American people.  As for Hillary,  remember that ‘birds of a feather flock together’ and McAuliffe seems to be part of her flock.  This should be a no-brainer election;  a victory for McAuliffe would show that most Virginian voters have no brains!

The federal government shutdown actually shut down only 15% of the federal government----and carefully orchestrated to unnecessarily  inflame the American people and then project responsibility for Obama’s actions onto the GOP which attempted numerous times to avoid such a ‘shut down’.   The leftist Democrats  lied to those Americans who do not understand that default on the debt has nothing to do with debt ceilings or shutdowns  since the national debt is covered with about 20% of the daily collected revenues flowing into Federal coffers.   An actual default would be the sole choice of Obama and his Secretary of Treasury Lyin Lew  and result in criminal charges against both.  The limited shutdown merely reaffirmed the Obama Administration’s  true goal---tryanny.   They refused to listen to the will of the majority of Americans represented by the House of Representatives,  indicating that it was their way or the highway---NO COMPROMISE.  That is not how our  republic is supposed to function.  How interesting the Administration printed signs well in advance of any shutdown  to prevent trespassing into federal monuments including war memorials!  Elderly hikers on trails in our  national parks found restrooms closed.  The cost to have park rangers place barricades around park entrances and then stand duty incurred costs exceeding those by just leaving the parks open. 

In the end Senate RINOs caved and deserted conservative America by marching to the orders of Harry Reid. What did America get out of this standoff?  First,  Obamacare,  the launch of which is completely dysfunctional,  inordinately expensive but more restrictive to the Americans’ doctor and hospital choices, and rife with invasions of privacy ; second,  no debt ceiling as America is marched by the Left down the road to financial and economic collapse (exact time uncertain but coming);  and finally, the usual irresponsible decisions  of the Democrats and RINOs to spend even MORE money than before which America does not have.  Currently  Fedzilla spends one million dollars per minute and shows no desire to address the coming locomotive.  ‘Who, me care?’  The socialist Democrats and RINOs only want their free ride to continue as long as possible at the expense of our national solvency and most sadistically,  our children.   In the end they must  be held accountable for the destruction of  America and punished accordingly.   The lapdog media must go with them.   Patriots cannot  lose this battle against those intent on the destruction of our nation and our freedoms.   There is no room for self-serving political posturing at the expense of the People who elected these criminals.   Remove them!

Tyranny From The White House---Democrat Senators Accessories To Treason

The treasonous behavior of anti-American revolutionary Obama so far continues unrestrained by Congress (specifically the Senate) and ineffectively challenged by patriots as he and his Leftist minions follow  Alinsky’s rules for radicals to try and achieve their unachievable view of utopia.  Their objectives entail complete destruction of  American freedom and our value system which our nation successfully defended for over 200 years against FOREIGN enemies.  For the first time in American history, we have allowed infiltration by DOMESTIC enemies; Obama, he's illegally appointed ‘czars’, and a cabal of complicit socialist Senators wave tyranny in America’s face.   At first this was insidious, but now it is obvious for all to see, including many of those who bought into their lies back in 2008. 

Liberals and the Left  began that insidious infiltration of our public education system decades ago, which coupled with the construction of  massive government programs ( beginning with FDR), culminated with a Democrat Party hijacked by the Left.  America’s republic form of government, which was subservient to We the People as intended by our Founders to safeguard our liberty, is now unraveling as we descend ever so quickly down the road of other failed free republics. Ignorant Americans who fall for the Left’s  lies and promises of free stuff (redistribution of wealth) trade their liberty for  enslavement to government.  Former President Ronald Reagan declared:  “Freedom is only a generation away from extinction”.  That extinction is occurring NOW,  as liberal public educators and anti-American groups push their perverse cultural values and anti-capitalist political agenda upon our children while depriving them of  well-known educational necessities. Such is readily demonstrated by American students’ falling  ranks in math and reading compared to their counterparts in other industrialized nations despite the lavish wasteful spending of taxpayer monies on the Dept. of Education. Many parents (if they have any!)  are either ignorant of this reality or too busy trying to make ends meet to care about what is happening on America’s Mainstage.

Straight Talk: Obamacare; Debt Ceiling; Mob Violence

This commentary addresses several items of critical importance for the purpose of educating ‘low information’ AND educated Americans.  I urge you to further your understanding by reading the few references which I have provided.

FACT 1:  The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is unconstitutional on its face no matter what you have been told and is headed back to the Supreme Court.  This rogue law violates the Origination Clause of the Constitution which designates that all taxes must originate in the People’s House (the House of Representatives)---the ACA did not. In fact,  the Obama Administration argued before the Court that the penalty contained within the Law is not a tax in order to prevent it from being declared unconstitutional,  but Justice Roberts himself violated our Constitution by changing the ‘penalty’ to  a ‘tax’ so the law could withstand the test of the commerce clause which the law violated if designated a penalty.  Only the Congress and specifically the House can make such legislative changes.  There are multiple suits by major groups pending  which challenge the Act on the basis of the violation of the Origination Clause and First Amendment as well as the Employer and Individual mandates.   The final verdict is certainly not in and should  the ACA be properly found unconstitutional,  such verdict would be retroactive to the Law’s inception as though the ACA never existed.   Given that the House never passed it as a tax, and that it is therefore technically unconstitutional,  the Republican House cannot legitimately fund Obamacare.  Therefore the House MUST NOT include funding for ‘Obamacare’ in any Continuing Budget Resolution.  Should the House buckle under pressure from the Senate and Obama,  they too would be complicit in violation of our Constitution. FACT 2:  Just like the false narrative that an anti-Islam YouTube video caused the Benghazi tragedy, the Democrats, Obama and his Secretary of the Treasury ‘Lyin’ Lew have intentionally and sadistically misrepresented the nature of the debt ceiling to the stupid and complicit  lamestreet media and YOU should not buy into their lies.  NOT raising the debt ceiling does NOT have anything whatsoever to do with default on payment of interest on existing debt which is but a small portion of all  revenues collected by the Treasury.  NOT raising the debt ceiling simply means freezing spending at current levels.   At some point should there not be a reduction in spending and/or freezing the debt ceiling,  our currency will eventually collapse and with it our economy and that of the rest of the world.  Is that not what the Leninist-Marxist Obama wants anyway?  There is no doubt given his radical background as a revolutionary who hates what America stands for, his statements that his goal is to transform America from a free republic to a totalitarian regime, and his behavior of repeatedly violating the Constitution  by usurping the powers endowed to the Congress and the Judicial branches of government.   Any government shutdown is solely the fault of Harry Reid and Barack Obama as they continue to violate the Constitution by refusing to acknowledge the People’s House of Representatives.   All rhetoric and behavior of this Administration and Senator Reid are reprehensible and  sadistic as they close parts of the Federal government as well as other areas NOT even funded by the Federal government in order to inflict pain on the American people,  hoping that We the People will believe their lies and blame the Republican-dominated House which represents the majority of Americans.(2)

FACT 3:  The predominantly black motorcycle mob which has terrorized New York City residents for some time finally met their match.   The group numbering in the hundreds surrounded a vehicle occupied by an Asian family,  obstructing their passage and slashing  their tires.  They attempted to pull the driver from his car and so fearing for his family’s lives did what any intelligent person would do---attempt to escape the threat which required him to run over several of the bikes, resulting in one rider sustaining severe injury and possible paralysis.  The bikers relentlessly followed the family into town, broke out their windows and dragged the driver out of his vehicle and beat him in front of his wife and small child.  Where were the police?  Now we learn there were at least a couple of undercover and/or off-duty officers observing if not embedded in that gang of lawless hoodlums but no adequate response to the multiple 911 calls made by the wife of the driver.  A few of the bikers got what they deserved but the vast majority are at large, some driving without tags or licenses and waiting to resume their intimidating lawless activities.  They must be brought to justice.  The increase in black mob violence has gone viral and represents lawlessness and hate!  It is covered by very few media outlets one of which is  http://www.wnd.com.  All American citizens should immediately take measures to protect themselves from such violence which is spreading and threatening our civilized society.   Remember, the average police response to 911 calls in the United States is currently  11 minutes and almost an hour in some metro cities such as Detroit.  Arm and train yourselves---you and your family’s lives may soon depend on it!

Reid And Obama In Blatant Opposition To The American People

Abuse of our nation’s legislative process  by Senate majority leader Harry Reid and criminal-in-chief  Barack Obama escalated this week with Obama expressing his willingness  to negotiate with Iran---a  nation which sponsors  international  terror---but unwilling to negotiate with the Congressional  House majority  who represent the will of the American people.   Reid and his demagogic  Democrats  in the Senate are willing to shut the government down in order to prevent repeal, delay or modification of the most destructive  law in American history bar none---the ACA.   Even retiring Democrat Senator and writer of the law,  Max Baucus,  states the law in its current form is a disaster;  and Obama’s union supporters want out of Obamacare  just like other groups granted waivers by the Administration.   Even Congress has exempted itself from this travesty imposed upon the rest of us!  But  narcissistic Obama  is unwilling to budge on the only piece of legislation he ever got through Congress thanks to Congressional Democrats who alone voted for a bill which none of them even read.   Harry Reid is simply a  little egomaniacal tyrant  with ‘bombs strapped to his belt’ who thinks he can force the majority of Americans and the House to do as he says by blaming them if a government shutdown occurs.  A shutdown is his and Obama’s ill-fated attempt to score political points.   I say let’s bring it on!   The only way to kill Fedzilla’s  insatiable appetite  is to smother him.  The longer unnecessary government programs are shut down the better---and those who are employed to sit and suck off the hind tit of Fedzilla  at taxpayer expense deserve what they get for participating in the process of a bloated bureaucracy.  Most of all,  those who have committed atrocities against America (think IRS),  need to be shut down permanently.

Americans have had enough of this tyrannical Administration and its minions who believe they can achieve power by stepwise destruction of our freedom.  Tyranny and Liberty are incompatible  polar opposites.   Even those who once supported the hijacked Democrat Party are waking up belatedly as they see the peril to their own jobs, their wallets and their health care at the hands of  the radical  Obama Administration and  those  Leftist  Democrats who do not represent the majority or spirit of freedom.  The reelection of Barack Obama in 2012 was an outright fraud as explained by Wayne  Root in the clip below (1).  It allowed preservation of his ‘signature’ legislation---Obamacare---and his continued march to permanently transform America from a free republic to a Statist government.   Obamacare could not be a more explicit example of that!  And when Obama criticized FOX for discussing the disgusting aspects of the  ACA,  Neil Caputo  had a sharp response (2).  These two clips tell all you need to know about Obama and his plans for America.

Naked Before The World: The Left’s Ideologically-Driven Ignorance And Hypocrisy

 We thought it could not get any worse after Bill Clinton’s  sexual escapades in We the People’s  Oval Office.  The  immoral  and impeached president has been replaced with a narcissistic anti-American revolutionary and his appointed  soldiers  in crime whose actions make Richard Nixon’s Watergate look like petty theft.  The list is long and growing,  but the actors include  dishonest  president-wannabe Hillary Clinton,  her ‘Benghazi coverup’ replacement--- ‘Hari-Kerry’,  those who conducted a pseudo-investigation of Benghazi  (Former UN Ambassador Thomas Pickering and Former Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen),  and EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy along with Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz.  They have all demonstrated gross  incompetence  and/or intentional subversion of America  through their ideologically-driven goals.   The backfire of  Obama’s and the Muslim Brotherhood’s  ‘Arab Spring’ which was foisted upon nations in Africa and the Middle East,  and the recent arming of Syrian rebels many of whom are radical Islamic enemies of America,  has sprung a mousetrap for  the unscrupulous Obama  Administration which now  finally stands naked before the world spotlight with Russian president Vladmir Putin calling the shots.  This comes on top of the reckless spending, unconstitutional invasions of privacy, and  lack of adequate security for our military bases and personnel abroad,  all on vivid display which only the  ignorant  and those with liberal mental disorder cannot see.  The Administration relentlessly pursues the fulfillment of  the radical Left’s ideology of a totalitarian government preferably subject to the United Nations of Despots  through lies, fraud and deceit (1).  Their strategy includes  bankrupting working American people through Obamacare and crushing our energy industry with regulations  based on the myth of man-made global warming and need to control a problem which in America hardly remains---excess CO2 emissions (see just-released scientific reports below: 2,3,4).  

 

The liberal Left lets no crisis go to waste and, in fact, are directly responsible for most of the crises witnessed today by adhering to political correctness and their radical anti-American ideology rather than common sense and practical solutions based upon historical facts and reality.  They  hover behind the bushes craving  the next gun massacre so they can blame such crimes on guns and racism rather than on their lack of adequate security measures while ignoring  warnings regarding  mentally deranged persons who commit these crimes.   The real racists are themselves;  their desire to disarm free law-abiding Americans under the pretense of controlling gun violence masks their  real objective to establish a totalitarian state without resistance by the People.   To wit, such incidents have all occurred in the Left’s designated ‘gun-free zones’!   Former President Clinton in the spirit of political correctness for the first time ever  disarmed our on-base military and that policy remain to this day, leaving our military and support personnel  vulnerable to attacks by terrorists  and the mentally deranged,  who unbelievably are allowed to serve in our military or its installations  where security should be a national priority.   Our servicemen abroad are  handicapped by an Administration which divulges classified information to feed its own ego but which results in our enemies killing our soldiers---members of Seal Team 6,  our agents in Benghazi,  the 13 Fort Hood soldiers,  and now 12 contractors and support personnel in the DC Navy Yard.   The  Administration has not cared since political correctness and its  pro-Islamic  ideology is more important.  These principles do not offer much protection in today’s world where our borders are insecure, our immigration check systems not enforced, and actionable information about the mentally unstable fails to penetrate military intelligence because the civil liberties of dangerous people are more important than the lives of  patriots.   It is laughable but expected that first reports of the lame street media  on the Navy Yard massacre blamed an AR15 ‘assault rifle’  rather than a deranged man;  and the FBI discovered there was no AR15 ‘assault rifle’ involved in this massacre—a shotgun and two handguns taken from guards at the facility.  The initial reports were  a creation of the Left’s  anti-gun lobby to again divert attention away from the real causes of such  horrific incidents in their effort to discredit the Second Amendment and reflect their sinking boat on gun control  (which sunk further in Colorado with the recall election this week).  Senator Feinstein of  CA  was heard muttering ‘when will they ever learn that we need to get guns off the streets’. What else would we expect from a committed Marxist who tried to foist another (failed) ‘assault weapons’ ban on law-abiding Americans within the past year?  The Left’s circus sideshows (besides Mr. Weiner)  include the perverse New York Mayor Bloomberg who figured he could throw a monkey wrench into the recall of anti-gun Senators in Colorado,  but his million dollars of contributions could not restrain Miss Liberty!  Mr. Bloomberg should  just stick to micromanaging  the  New Yorkers who elected him.  Why does the Mayor feel he needs a well-armed security detail while depriving  law-abiding Americans of their right to self-defense?   Could it be he embodies the same Left wing ideology as our Administration? 

 

President Putin of Russia is looking pretty good now in the face of  Obama’s  failure to apply logic to the use of chemical weapons in Syria.   First he drew a red line (his only real red line was the blood on the walls of the consulate in Benghazi due to his failure to protect and respond!).   Then he decided more than 100,000 Syrian genocidal deaths too late to disarm Assad without any evidence as to whether the most recent chemical attacks were perpetrated by Assad or rebel forces which contain  various groups including Al Qaeda and Hamas (friends of the Brotherhood).  Obama’s  plan  would have  empowered radical Islamic elements within the rebel groups---you know,  part of the continuing  ‘Arab Spring’ which has been so  successful in Egypt and Libya thanks to Obama’s  radical Muslim Brotherhood comrades (5,6).   That cat is out of the bag for the whole world to see!  Notice that Hillary was hustled to the sidelines after Benghazi  in hopes of preserving her potential presidential bid in 2016---but she has long been a big cheerleader for as well as employer of  Muslims with connections to radical Jihadists.   Americans had better hope she is not the next president!

 

The Administration’s  corruption,  coverups,  and their false narrative of  “helping  the middle class”---through higher unemployment, loss of quality healthcare, and enslavement of minority groups---have  over the past few months converged to expose  their recipe for failure and their radical  ideology even to  Americans who formerly supported Obama (even the unions).  The narrative-driven lamestreet networks are having a hard time hiding the truth.   As this Administration’s list of crimes  grows,  Congress has more investigations on its plate which combined with a lack of cooperation by the  Administration does not bode well:  the hypocrisy of gunrunning to Mexican drug cartels and arming our radical Islamic enemies while disarming law-abiding  Americans;  unconstitutional  overreach by the NSA,  election fraud by the IRS,  divulging classified information abroad which places our troops in  harm’s way,  destruction of the best healthcare system in the world--- just to name a few of the  larger scandals.  Is there a  pattern?  Of course,  and the civilized world knows we have a president elected by the ignorant  and the radical Left.  Obama has populated our government agencies with those sympathetic to radical Islam,  the United Nations (of Despots), and the Left’s goal of a totalitarian state.  The Left is paving the way for a new world order dominated by an Islamic doctrine of intolerance and bigotry at the expense of other religions and our freedom.  They disrespect the Constitution because ‘it is outdated’.   Power and wealth is all that matters to the elitists of the Left---at the expense of the once greatest free nation on Earth.  The whole civilized world knows it.

American Media Hides Truth About Events In Egypt---Here Are The Facts

FACT 1:   Barry Soetoro (alias Barack Obama) met regularly with leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood at the White House during the past 5 years.  The American media barely mention this fact.  They also ignore the fact that Hillary Clinton’s longtime employee and friend—sextvert Anthony Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin---is a Muslim whose parents were directly connected to radical Islamic factions in the Middle East, which coincidentally coincides with  Clinton’s  empathy for the Brotherhood and her criminal participation  in the Benghazi scandal.    

FACT 2:   The Muslim Brotherhood’s published goal is to promote Shariah Law throughout the world through a global caliphate---and that includes the United States! 

FACT 3:   The ‘Arab Spring’ was designed by Obama and the Brotherhood to enable their radical Islamist friends to take control of  Middle Eastern governments,  which is counter to U.S. and Israeli interests.  The media portrays the ‘Spring’ as uprisings by the people against dictatorships in their quest for freedom, failing to note that radical Islam is worse than any benevolent dictatorship such as Mubarak’s.

FACT 4:   Mubarak was deposed to create a void which would be occupied by the Muslim Brotherhood with Barack Obama’s assistance under the pretense of ‘free elections’ for the purpose of a ‘democratic government’.  These free elections played into Obama’s and his Brotherhood friends’ evil hands.

FACT 5:   The day after the elections (before the results were in) the Brotherhood sought assistance from radical Islamists including Al Qaeda factions to incite violence and death particularly amongst Christians as an example of the violence they would perpetrate IF they were denied a victory in those ‘free elections’.  This was not reported by the left-wing American media.

FACT 6:   After the Brotherhood supposedly  won the elections,  Morsi---their self-anointed leader and close friend of Obama---ripped up the Egyptian Constitution and tried to impose tyrannical Islamic rule on the people. 

FACT 7:   Egyptian security forces,  allies of the United States, Israel, and civilized Arab nations,  removed Morsi and his band of radical Islamists and imprisoned them on behalf of Egyptian citizens who wanted a restoration of their constitutional freedoms devoid of Islamic extremism and intolerance.   The American media now paint the opposite picture as a ‘military coup’ which deposed a duly elected president.

FACT 8:   Current violence and protests against the security forces are orchestrated by the Muslim Brotherhood with assistance from their Al Qaeda connections.   They continue to persecute anyone including Christians who do not support  them,  burning  churches, buildings and murdering adults and their children---but the American media does not emphasize the culprits of this violence, merely blaming it on Egyptians who object to the ‘military coup’.

FACT 9:   Barack Obama must be disappointed that his radical Muslim friends are in prison while benevolent dictator Mubarak is about to be released from prison.   Obama did not object to military exercises and financial aid to Egypt under a Brotherhood regime;  but now that his tyrannical friends have been deposed,  he has indicated a reversal of support for Egypt  ie. the military America has previously supported as a firewall between radical Islamists and Israel.   Other American allies in the Middle East (Saudis etc.)  will continue to support Egypt’s military,  and are disappointed at Obama’s response to events and his support for the Muslim Brotherhood and its Al Qaeda connections.  Please see the letter  sent from the Egyptian Democratic Coalition to Barack Obama expressing their disappointment in his apparent betrayal of Egyptians who value freedom, including that of religion. Before closing,  it is necessary to remind readers that Barack Obama has now become transparent except to low information voters who believe the lies of the mainstream media and the Obama Administration as they prepare to destroy our nation from within with the implementation of  Obamacare,  while unconstitutionally postponing and changing certain parts of this heinous law which was passed only by Democrats who did not even bother to read it, and which now exceeds the length of the IRS tax code!  Recall madwoman Nancy Pelosi’s statement that “we must pass the bill to see what’s in it”?  That will finally register with low information voters as this Administration’s outright disrespect and disdain for the American people---but only after they choke on this coming disaster to their freedom, our economy and their health care.  More than 50 reasons Americans will be harmed are listed in this column from WorldNet Daily (2).   Even Harry Reid admitted this week that while Obamacare  may not work as intended, its failure will set the stage for complete overhaul of our current private healthcare system to a single payer government-run system which is the real goal of Obama and his cronies.  

House Republicans have a chance to literally save the nation from this disaster by not funding the ACA.  If they fail to act,  they will be just as guilty as the Democrat socialists who passed the bill into law,  and Justice Roberts who unconstitutionally  altered the bill in order to declare it constitutional.  Leaving no stone unturned,  Congress for now has decided that this law which bankrupts the health care system and middle class is not good enough for them.   Only the people  can stop this coming freight train by calling AND writing their representatives in the House and Senate, making crystal clear the NECESSITY to not fund this law,  while emphasizing that We the People will replace these goons if they do not use their power to stop it.   Ultimately, one must ask why supposedly educated Americans put up with a tyrant who trashes their constitutional rights while Egyptians stand up for theirs when trashed by Obama’s buddies, the Muslim Brotherhood.

Obama Blames GOP For “Ideological Fixation” To Avoid The Truth

On a break from multimillion dollar taxpayer-funded vacations while the middle class suffers,  anti-American Marxist  tyrant Obama occupied a full hour of lapdog media time Friday doing what liberals do best in order to divert attention away from the  multitude of  criminal scandals in which his Administration is submerged----lie!   I  refer you to an excellent ‘must-read’ commentary from The American Spectator,  entitled ‘Lies and Liberalism’ by Ron Ross (1).   Projection, denial, diversion of topics, and blaming your opponent are  defense mechanisms of the liberal Left, as Mr. Soetoro and his media parasites so well illustrate  before his handpicked ‘low-information’ audiences---especially when he accused the GOP of the very “ideological fixation” for which he himself  is guilty.

Perhaps the most heinous of all crimes committed by the Obama administration is the murder of Americans in Benghazi which probably could have been prevented and, at worst, limited by a swift military response to minimize loss to our people and guard against other pending attacks.   In fact, such a response was ordered by commanders who were immediately relieved of their duties by Obama appointees who stopped the response!   As pointed out in the clip (2) below,  there is plenty of reason to believe the Administration must have either been involved with the attackers and knew it would be limited,  OR they were ignorant and cancelled any rescue efforts until the Americans were dead.   If the first case,  Obama and his Administration would be guilty of treason carried out for political purposes;  if the second case,  Obama would be guilty of malfeasance of duty and possibly criminally negligent homicide.   Why is Congress not asking these questions?!   Congressional investigations for the past several years beginning with Fast and Furious have been a virtual ‘dog and pony show’  with not one person brought to justice.  Congress is shameful and complicit by not quickly acquiring necessary information by subpoena in order the assure that those responsible for the myriad of lawless crimes of this Administration are identified and brought to justice under the rule of law and our Constitution.   Furthermore,  the House of Representatives has plenty of information to impeach Obama---so why not?  The fact that a Democrat-dominated Senate is also guilty of supporting an anti-American president is not an excuse.  House GOP leadership does not have the courage to do what is right for We the People and should be replaced by those who will.  

The list of scandals is now too numerous to list in this essay, but the events of Benghazi  suggest  gross treason and high crimes through collusion by Obama,  Hillary Clinton,  Leon Panetta and perhaps others with the following objective---to prevent damage to Obama’s (and even Clinton’s) presidential prospects by initially hoping the attack could be hidden from the media,  but if not, construed as secondary to that unknown YouTube movie rather than to Al Qaeda operatives connected to the Administration’s (yet another) gunrunning operations to Syrian rebels many of whom are affiliated with Al Qaeda—and this after gunrunning to the Libyans in order to assist the overthrow of Mubarak---and that after gunrunning to Mexican cartels in order to strike at our Second Amendment rights!    Further discussion is provided in the commentary below (3) from the Common Sense Show, entitled ‘Military Coup will Remove Obama’,  which notes the systematic replacement of our leading military commanders in the field in order to undermine our military’s objectives  and provide cover for the IDEOLOGICAL FIXATION of a rogue Administration. 

Of interest are other notable discoveries by Judicial Watch’s acquisition of documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)  which demonstrate the following outrageous disregard for our rule of law by the Obama Administration:
1.    Homeland Security has abandoned background checks on illegal aliens, proving false the Administration’s claim that only ‘law-abiding’ illegals will benefit from the ‘Amnesty’ bill  recently passed by the US Senate.  This disregard for existing immigration law (specifically the Immigration and Security Act--ISA) results in part from the onslaught of amnesty applications following Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a unilateral executive action which violates immigration laws.  The directive  grants illegal aliens a 2-year deferment from deportation.  Said directive,  according to former DHS Secretary Napolitano, applied only to minors who arrived in this country through no fault of their own,  but actually created a chain migration by granting immediate amnesty to relatives of such minors.  The end result has included the abandonment of deportation proceedings against illegal aliens convicted of serious crimes, many of whom have been released back into our streets.  In summary,  the ‘Gang of Eight’ legislation passed by the Senate to address illegal immigration/amnesty  fails to address Obama’s lawlessness and further undermines immigration law by rewarding lawbreakers with citizenship and taxpayer subsidies! 2.    According to Judicial Watch’s  investigation,  Secretary of Defense Panetta leaked classified information to producers of the film Zero Dark Thirty,  a film which sought to portray  Barack Obama as responsible for Bin Laden’s death so as to enhance his reelection prospects.  Contained in those documents  were concerns by Administration officials that such leaks could be harmful to national security.  However, the Administration, as with numerous other scandals, has blocked the investigation of these leaks and thus avoided holding the leaders accountable to the American people. The Lynching Of George Zimmerman: Excuses Racemongers Use And Truths They Ignore

“Zimmerman was stalking  Trayvon.”   FALSE
Zimmerman notified authorities and was initially trying to keep track of him legally which is not the criminal act of stalking someone in order to commit a crime.

“Zimmerman profiled Mr. Martin.”    FALSE
 It was dark,  and when asked the skin color by authorities he responded he thought he was black;  identification is not the same as profiling  in a demeaning manner.

“Martin was minding his own business.”   FALSE
He was until he surprised Zimmerman, savagely attacked him and almost beat him senseless. 

“Zimmerman did not need to shoot Martin.”   FALSE
 Zimmerman was attacked at night and knocked to the ground and savagely beaten.  If you were in that situation and armed,  what would you do fearing great bodily harm or worse?

“Martin was a black child  killed by a grown white adult.”   FALSE
 Zimmerman is Hispanic—not a ‘white man’.  Martin was full-grown,  larger and violent---some say 6’2” and 175 lbs.   The photos showing him at age 12 are irrelevant and intentionally misleading.

“Mr. Zimmerman must be tried by the Feds since he was found not guilty by a court of  law.”   FALSE
That is double jeopardy and a violation of the Constitution;  he was investigated by the FBI and no racist issues were found to be a part of his character---in fact, quite the opposite.(1)

“Black parents must now keep their children at home at night for fear of being murdered by whites.”
FALSE.     This completely  misses the point and ignores the facts of this case.  Black parents,  like all parents,  should teach their ‘kids’ to mind their own business and not initiate  physical attacks on anyone, much less someone they do not know.  

“Zimmerman is responsible for Martin’s death.”    FALSE
Only if you ignore that Zimmerman was attacked and had all the wounds which prove that, including a witness who did not know either of them. Martin had no injuries to indicate that Zimmerman had inflicted injury upon him.   Tragically,  person who attacked and savagely beat the other is responsible for his own demise---no one else. 

Questions:   Why was Zimmerman prosecuted?   Answer:  Even after facts reviewed by the legal system and law enforcement pointed to self-defense and resulted in no charges, the  Florida Governor’s  office caved in to race mongers instead of  following the rule of law and standing  up to their threats.

Why was the prosecutor assigned to the case not the one in the circuit where the crime occurred?  Answer:   politics can be the only reason as there was no other reason for the circuit judge which covers that local jurisdiction  to recuse himself except under pressure by the State in order to orchestrate a vicious prosecution to satisfy race mongers. 
                      
Why did the Governor choose State Prosecutor Corey whose ethics have been questioned by many others including a prominent  law professor in Florida?   Answer:  politics overruled the law in order to achieve the best chance to convict Mr. Zimmerman of a murder instead of acknowledge his self-defense.
                     
 Why did the DOJ use taxpayer money to help  fund a march and rally of  8000  in Sanford to pressure Florida’s  Governor to arrest Mr. Zimmerman?   Answer:  the DOIJ is a racist political agency within the Obama administration which allows armed Black Panthers to intimidate white voters at polls;  which ran more than 2000 guns into Mexico which have resulted in deaths of hundreds of Mexicans and some of our own border agents;  which refuses to investigate abuse of citizen groups by IRS;  which does not care about the massive numbers of black on black murders or black on white crimes;  whose AG lies under oath and is held in contempt by Congress but still will not resign or be replaced by Tyrant Obama.
                      
Why would DOIJ establish a hotline for ‘tips’ on whether Zimmerman ever did anything racist?    Answer:  Same answer as above plus ignoring the jury verdict based on fact and catering to race monger groups including the National Assn For the Advancement of Colored People (“Colored People”?).   Their objective is to create  crises in for the purpose of dividing and conquering We the People! It is all about diverting attention from the litany of scandals committed by the Obama Administration including  Fast and Furious,  Benghazi,  IRS,  spying on Americans, and violating  the Constitutional rights of members of the press---in short,  destroying American culture,  our economy and ultimately our liberty won more than 200  years ago.   

The Constitution protects individuals from double jeopardy and endows Americans with the right to own and bear arms for self defense against threats both foreign and domestic.  Our legal system is based on due process and the rules of our justice system which assume innocence until proven guilty---except when politics are allowed to corrupt the system.    The State of Florida and the DOIJ  have violated the rights of many individuals and damaged the careers of others  by  prosecuting George Zimmerman for murder.    Racial factions and media morons  cannot be permitted to  determine the guilt of citizens  in the USA! 

In closing,  where was the media coverage and outrage,  and the lack of interest by Eric Holder and Barack Obama,  when 13 month old  Antonio  West---a white child---was  shot to death down in Brunswick, GA.,  in broad daylight in cold blood for no reason by a 17 year-old black teen while sitting in his stroller?  Was that a hate crime?  What is a hate crime?  Where is the outrage by all Americans,  in particular white Americans?   Read the famous poem by Martin Niemoller  “First They Came for the Communists”  http://allpoetry.com/poem/8601069-First_They_Came_For_The_Communists-by-Martin_Niemoller and then go figure out the ‘big picture’.   Everything about the Administration’s agenda is about CONTROL of the People.   It is time for patriots of all races, ethnic origins, and religions to unite before ‘they’ come for you or your children.

Florida Bows To Race Mongers In Malicious Prosecution—And Loses

One evening in February of last year, an Hispanic neighborhood watch volunteer noticed someone walking behind townhome units in his vandalism-plagued neighborhood and called local police.   After trying to find a house number where he last saw the suspicious person,  he was on the way back to his vehicle when he was savagely attacked,  beaten and told  “you will die tonight”.   Appropriately,  he pulled a firearm which he was licensed to carry,  and protected  himself from great bodily harm or death by firing one shot while the attacker was on top of him.    The police investigated and properly determined this was a clear case of self-defense and that no charges were indicated.  

Enter the usual racemongers and America’s corrupt leftwing  lamestreet press.  Florida’s governor, fearing racial violence from outsiders,  bowed to their demands by offloading  the incident  to state prosecutor Angela Corey  in Jacksonville, FL. who brought charges of second degree murder (and at the last minute in court,  manslaughter) against the surviving neighborhood watch volunteer while denying him a  hearing before a grand jury.  He spent 16 months in state custody.  The Sanford police chief was fired and chief investigator demoted as the state government  bowed to racemongers who had no facts about the case.   Subsequently,  State prosecutors withheld evidence during discovery which violated the  law as they pursued a malicious prosecution against an Hispanic racially-empathetic man---while the lamestreet media doctored the initial  911 tapes to make it sound that the accused was a ‘white’ racist in order that this tragedy fit their narrative----the narrative of  NAACP and  similar racist hate groups,  all  looking to frame the incident as one of racial profiling by a white man which  resulted in murder of a “an  innocent black child who was unarmed and carrying skittles” (all false).   The media  bombarded the airwaves with photos of the victim taken when he was just 12 yrs old while hiding the fact that he was a 6’2”  175lb. man with far greater strength than George Zimmerman.   To top it off,  the prosecutor who blew the whistle on the state’s failure to release evidence to the defense was fired by Ms. Cory! 

Question:  Why is it that  dozens of young blacks are gunned down every day by other blacks in Chicago and other metro cities but few are charged nor is there any media attention?  Why is it that black on white/Hispanic  crime does not evoke outrage by the white or Hispanic communities?   Answer:  racism has become a self-perpetuating obsession if not delusion in the minds of some  in spite of these  current realities;  moreover,  the leftwing  media  is all too happy to perpetuate such delusions no matter  what the facts and evidence show,  while ignoring the much greater problem of murders plaguing  black communities in cities such as Chicago.   Racemongers and the media racebaiters  love the narrative of a racist ‘white’ man killing a black man.   Translation?   The press loves to create racial divisions just for the hell of it! 

The State of Florida had no evidence to prove the death of Mr. Martin was anything other than self-defense and each state  attorney as well as Ms. Corey should be disbarred for malicious prosecution,  withholding evidence, and prolonging the detainment and attempted ruin of Mr. Zimmerman’s reputation by dragging out a process which should have never occurred in the first place.   The entire incident bodes poorly for Governor Scott as well.   While one life was tragically lost due to his own bad choice,  another (and his family) who was found innocent by a jury of  6 will face threats to his safety and forever  be affected by this travesty of justice wrought upon him by the State of Florida which carried all the way up to the judge who ruled more than 90 percent of the time for the prosecution and even violated judicial conduct rules by interrupting the defense’s presentation in order to determine whether their client would testify,  before that could be known.  

While there was tremendous effort by  State prosecutors and the judge to get a politically correct verdict in order to placate the racemongers and the radical leftists at the DOIJ,  the jury decided according to the rule of law and exonerated Mr. Zimmerman for charges which should never have been brought against him,  as well as false accusations of racism.  The State and the media chose to ignore the belligerent and possibly racist actions of Mr. Martin whose past record---suppressed by the State---showed numerous past  incidents which ordinarily would have brought criminal charges had it not been for suppression by the Miami-Dade school district whose policy it is to ‘educate’ students who commit crimes  rather than  report them  to authorities.   Defense attorney Mark O’Mara’s comment to the press during the post-trial Q&A  that THEY  as well as the State were soley responsible for intentionally misrepresenting and sensationalizing this case as one of racial profiling and murder is on the mark.  

Mr. Zimmerman and his team now have their work cut out:  pursue sanctions against the prosecution for withholding of evidence,  request  reimbursement of expenses incurred by the defense for time delays which resulted, and possibly file charges for malicious prosecution.   They also must go after NBC and any of the media hypocrits  who committed criminal alteration of the 911  tapes and spread false information  for the purpose of  creating racial tensions and division.     Not to be outdone,  the racist NAACP has requested that radical leftwing  lawyers of the civil rights division of the DOIJ  file federal civil rights charges against Mr. Zimmerman.  America must  stand  against such tyranny which is a clear violation of justice as politics has no place in America’s justice system!

Senate Immigration Bill Rife With Lies, Fraud And Trickery

The Democrat Party, immersed in their Administration’s crimes and scandals and therefore at risk of losing the Senate in the midterm elections, is in a panic to retain their base through a 1200 page pork-laden immigration bill which is rife with lies, fraud and deceit.  If passed into law,  it would continue the path of destruction of our nation’s cultural identity and economy while ensuring little to enforce CURRENT border security laws.  Some gullible Republicans such as John McCain and Lindsey Graham have bought the Democrat lies ‘hook, line and sinker’.  These GOP cheerleaders of a massively flawed immigration bill have been led by Democrats to believe that the GOP will melt away if they don’t pass this horrible ‘compromise’ bill.  So what is wrong with the current Senate bill and what are the real solutions?

One must first  face the fact  that current and past  Administrations (both parties) have refused to complete and enforce current federal border security laws and are therefore in violation of the rule of law.  In 1986,  Congress passed border security measures which were never enacted, resulting in the current debacle of an additional 12 million or more illegal immigrants, many of whom are not accounted for, most subsisting off our poorly regulated taxpayer- funded welfare system which contributes to fiscal and economic calamity particularly in border states.   So why should we believe the Senate’s promises now?   The Democrats are all about winning elections by redistributing wealth from productive citizens and giving to those who are not in order to win votes---expanding the welfare state.  But what about the ‘border surge’ amendment proposed by Republicans which should make the bill more palatable to the GOP-dominated House?  The bill and its amendment are a concoction of promises without teeth which accomplish the Democrats’  goals while providing numerous loopholes in  border security enforcement provisions.

Wayne Allyn Root,  the well-known Libertarian politician, entrepreneur, TV/radio personality, author and political commentator (who attended Columbia University with Obama) has a new video clip which outlines the correct solution to illegal immigration and border security which safeguards our nation’s citizens, our values and prevents further destruction to our economy at the hands of power hungry misguided socialists.  He correctly points out the solution is not 1200 pages of pork-containing legislation which not one senator has completely read,  much less analyzed---just like the debacle of  Obamacare.  Root points out that the current bill is no ‘compromise’ despite the ‘border surge’ amendment because that amendment if full of loopholes not covered by the secular regressives of the lame street press nor apparently recognized by the Kool-Aide drinking Republicans who voted for it.  Said loopholes defeat the publicized border security provisions and therefore allow yet more illegals to cross the border and plunder taxpayers,  hastening our economic and cultural decline. 

Root suggests a separate stand-alone border security bill now.  Any bill to address the status of current illegals would be addressed only after  the border is verified as secure by Congress and an independent panel of citizens---not DHS and the Administration who have self-serving goals.  Only after border security is verified should there be a separate bill which incorporates the following points (no ‘compromise’ scams):  illegals must be identified and only those with work go to the end of the line behind those waiting for legal citizenship; end all welfare (and no Obamacare) for illegals and allow them to collect social security only after they pay taxes for years just like the rest of us;  end birthright citizenship;  learn English as a requirement for future citizenship eligibility. 

Wayne Root believes correctly that Democrats will not agree to real compromise.  That he says would be a huge problem for them in future elections IF  smart Republicans will call the Democrats’ bluff and the fact that the current Senate bill is full of lies, fraud and trickery.  For the good of America, the Senate bill is dead in the House despite Senator Schumer’s fantasy that it will eventually pass in that body.
